Kweku Adu-Gyamfi Opoku
Kweku Adu-Gyamfi Opoku is a painter who was born in 1952 in Kumasi, located in the Ashanti region of Ghana. He is one of the few men you can describe as honest, adventurous, and innovative. He was inspired to paint by a neighbor, who studied painting in England. "One thing I love about art is the ability to express oneself in the medium and colors,? he says.

Kweku was originally a professional graphic designer until he decided to start painting. He continues to explore the world of painting to this day. After being inspired by his neighbor, Kweku started learning to paint on his own and through books. He attended an art school to learn more and sharpen his ability to paint. In order to master this art, he visited museums and galleries in the UK. He paints with watercolor and acrylic on canvas.

Throughout his painting adventure, what he really loved is the freedom of expression offered by painting.
His life experiences have been his greatest sources of inspiration.

Kweku is married with two children who love to sing and dance. His goal is to own his own gallery to exhibit his art in the near future. He hopes to have a wonderful relationship with NOVICA and showcase his artistic designs on the website.
