Featuring designs and motifs reminiscent of the Huari civilization, this copper and bronze decorative vase depicts a man with two owls perched on his shoulders. The Huari were an ancient people whose culture derived influences from Nazca, Huarpa, and Tihuanaco cultures, presented here in this antiqued vase by Peru's Ana Maria Enciso. Blue and black stones of onyx are featured on the figure's stomach and accent the eyes of the owls.
