This ceramic cup is handcrafted by Thai duo Thatsanee and Ramphan, finished with a crackled green celadon glaze of a soft green color. The artisans paint the cup with beautiful floral and butterfly motifs, accompanying it with a matching saucer and lid. The set is named after Lanna, an ancient kingdom in northern Thailand.
In the Andes, the Land of the Four Corners, mountains are sacred. So is culture. The Nazca lines, the Wari glyphs, the Quipu knots and the complex multi-colored textiles of the Incas are all recorded and live on the work of contemporary Peruvian artisans.
