Wearing a headdress made from colorful, handwoven raffia fiber, this African mask is created by Abdul Aziz Mohamadu. He hand-carves the mask from a single piece of sese wood, accented with colorful beads of recycled plastic. This mask is named Akuchinyere, which means 'wealth has come' in the Igbo language of Nigeria.
