Purple Hummingbird

I have seen a great many works of art, and your hummingbirds are some of the prettiest. They make me smile each time I see them, and draw constant compliments. I have all four colors and would love to see more: maybe bright yellow, light blue, lilac, gray, copper? And maybe beaks of different lengths and angles. I have moved the wings so some have big feathers in front, others in back or in the middle. They hang from my office ceiling, all at different heights. Thank you for creating such beautiful things!

Really fine quality Oaxacan animals are really expensive. Although these are really small they are exquisite. Amazing artist.

Every morning I wake up to a big smile when I look out the kitchen window at the purple hummingbird who brings not only joy to me but to several birds of all kinds who will land on the window ledge to get acquainted. Sometimes their will be other humming birds fluttering around this one all waiting their turn to meet the new kid in the neighborhood. It's amazing to watch nature at work and Reyna and Zeny have helped tremendously.

a lovely item, purchased as a gift - which I know will be appreciated

The arrival of this hummingbird coincided with the arrival of the first hummingbirds at my feeder on their migration north. The craftsmanship is excellent; the detail and delicate colouring exceptional. I will enjoy this throughout the year and it is a prized addition to other Oaxaca items I have from visits to that area of Mexico.

My husband just assembled the feathers into the body of our hummingbird and I hung it in our living room window over the plants on the sill. It is extraordinarily beautiful reflected in the window with its iridescent colors. Such an artistic delight!
