Standing atop bases, two faces of bravery are carved by hand of Ghanaian sese wood. Presented by Victoria Agyepomaa, the masks are elaborated with colorful recycled glass beads as well as embossed aluminum that takes the shape of the Adinkra symbol Kwatakye Atiko, meaning 'hair style of an Asante war captain' and signifying valor, bravery, and leadership. Embossed brass accents complete the masks.
