I purchased this wrap on a whim and ended up so glad I did! It's easy to throw on, comfortable, and flattering. Perfect for layering when attending an outdoor event in the fall.

A Beautiful Warm Heirloom made with Love

Posted by Marcia Powell on Sep 20th 2019

Dear Alfredo, I am thrilled with the beautiful Alpaca wrap. I have travelled the world and bought wool and tweeds from places such as Scotland and Ireland. This Peruvian wrap is so incredibly warm and soft and the textiles so perfectly woven and crocheted. It is a work of art worthy of passing down to family. I have already bought another as a birthday gift for a niece. You can feel the love that went into the making of this lovely creation. I will cherish it. Thank you to you and your fine artisans. M. Beautiful wrap

Posted by Jenifer on Aug 31st 2019

This is a beautiful wrap. The colors are subtle, mainly brown with some grey flecks in it. Its very plain but stylish and will go with everything. The crochet trim blends in with the rest of the garment'; you really have to look for it. I'm disappointed it is not softer. I would say soft, but not "very soft" as described. It would be nice if the pictures included one of the model with her arms outstretched so you could see the shape better. I am in no way disappointed, but I am a little surprised at the shape. I think this will replace my old cardigan as the go-to piece for a little extra warmth. I think it will be great for travel.

    Great addition to wardrobe

Posted by Linda on Aug 4th 2019

I bought this for traveling, but I can see it having full time use. It's very soft, I don't always like wool, but it's not at all itchy. Looks very cool on. I intend to use this on airplane instead of their nasty blankets, and as a cape in the evenings or when it is a little chilly on my trip.

    Beautiful, warm, quality garment.

This is a high quality garment in every way. The tweed fabric is lovely and the finished edges are first rate. The length in the back really nice and the overall drape is very flattering. I bought this for a friend who wears a synthetic fleece ruana and thought it was warm enough. She is delighted with everything about this wrap, especially the extra warmth!

    Lovely and well made

What a beautiful ruana this is. It looks great with jeans, but also elegant enough to wear for dress. Warm and cozy. I love the hand written note from the postcard from the artisan and the beautiful wrapping.
