Rescued Spirit

This modern and chic pendant is made with reclaimed bits of guayacan and aguano masha woods, which are worked completely by hand into the form you see here. 'Reclaimed' means that they are made with wood that might otherwise be wasted; the crafting includes removing adhesives and any other extraneous materials before the pieces are cut and polished. The shine is from copaiba oil, also used as an essential oil, said to have beneficial effects on mood and the immune system. The pendant hangs on a nylon cord with an aluminum 'S' hook, appropriate for use by men and women.
